Hello Beverly. The only support groups that I know about are ran by the Mood Disorders Ottawa(MDO)
The following is a link to the MDO http://www.mooddisordersottawa.ca/ if they don't have any information you can try googling or calling 211 Ottawa. 211 is a free service that lists services (ie peer support groups, AA, Kidney support etc) The operator can try and look up any groups in the area, although the smaller ones may not be listed and that's where MDO may have more knowledge.
